As you know, in April of 2007 ConnectExpress discontinued DSL and dialup internet service. At that time, CSS Communications took over service, migrating all of the services to our systems. We were recently notified by the previous owner that the domain name connectexpress.com, which has been in litigation for the past year, is going to be discontinued. We would like you to know that we have been working to keep this domain functional, however as the former owner is unable to maintain control of the domain we are forced to migrate customers to a new domain. This change will NOT affect the email addresses of customers with their own domain and only impacts email addresses at @connectexpress.com. What this means to you: Your current e-mail accounts will remain functional throughout this change, however e-mail addresses using the domain connectexpress.com will cease to receive e-mail after March 31st, 2008. CSS has established a new domain pacaccess.com to replace this domain. Pacaccess.com is fully functional at this time and every address @connectexpress.com will work @pacaccess.com. Example: if your current email is johnqcustomer@connectexpress.com - your new email is johnqcustomer@pacaccess.com - until March 31st, both email addresses will work. You should notify everyone now as to your new e-mail address. Changes you need to make: You are currently able to receive e-mail at pacaccess.com, however to continue picking up e-mail after the 31st you will need to make some settings changes in your e-mail application. This varies from application to application, we have information available online to help you make these changes at www.pacaccess.com. You will need to change the following *Incoming mail server (either POP3 or IMAP) to pop3.pacaccess.com *Outgoing mail server, (SMTP) to smtp.pacaccess.com *Email address, to youraccountname@pacaccess.com Your reply to address will be johnqcustomer@pacaccess.com (with your account name), remember your account name and password will not change.
